In the early 1990s, Mr. Addy was a pioneer in the field of cellular communications, leading Centel Corporation's development of their cellular network and operations in the state of New Mexico, building the business from a start-up to a profitable entity. In 1993, Mr. Addy was one of the original executives of ProLogis, a start-up Real Estate Investment Trust that went public in 1994 and is now one of the world's largest REITs. In 1996, Mr. Addy co-founded Focal Communications Corporation (now Level 3 Communications), a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier that went public in 1999 and generated over $125 million in revenues that year. For their work with Focal, Mr. Addy and his colleagues received Ernst & Young's prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year award. In 2001, Mr. Addy co-founded ISN. Today, ISN is an international company with over 45,000 customers around the world.
